Free delivery is sent using a courier and may require a signature. Discount codes exclude certain brands.

Credit/Debit Card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express.

We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder’s name as it is shown on the card, and the address exactly as it appears on the card statement.

Contract

They do not form part of the Contract between you and us or any other contract between you and us for the sale of the Products.

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Discounts and Offers

Saving money is a good thing. Please remember that applied promotion codes/discount codes, cannot be used retrospectively on orders and may not be redeemed for cash. Some discounts may only be applied to sale-priced items (regular-priced items may be excluded) or vice versa.

Shipping and Deliveries

Liability

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

• civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
• fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
• impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
• impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
• the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Tax Charges

All adult garments have a standard rate of VAT included in the prices quoted. Childrens garments have a zero rate of VAT included in the prices quoted.

Returns Policy

If you’re having second thoughts, don’t worry; you have a generous period from the delivery date to return it.
If our product isn’t quite what you’re looking for, we’ll take it back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tickets have been cut off.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the stated returns period.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to a specified number of working days for your refund, from the date you send your parcel back to us. There is no need to contact us. You’ll receive an email when it has been processed. Please hold on to your proof of returns until you have received your refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply place an order for your required replacement on our website and return the initial item for a refund in full when it is received back in our warehouse. By doing this you can be assured that the replacement item you require is in stock, available for despatch, and will be received by you in the quickest timeframe possible.

Complete all the information on the returns note and place inside your parcel. We recommend taking a copy of this for your records.

International Returns Policy

surfanicluggage.com is confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

• Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you faulty or incorrectly.
• If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer services team.
• We recommend items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to ensure your item arrives at surfanicluggage.com.
• surfanicluggage.com cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by a recorded delivery courier.
• Upon inspection of returned products surfanicluggage.com will issue a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase minus the original delivery charge.
• Any products deemed to be used will not be refunded.
